An event for improving public health data!
The Public Health Informatics Program at the Regenstrief Institute invites you to learn about and share your work on data modernization efforts at state and local levels.
- Collaborate with public health agencies, health systems and research organizations tackling data collection, management and use challenges.
- Generate new ideas about solving public health data challenges to better serve and protect public health and well-being.
Call for Abstracts for Afternoon Breakout Sessions:
We encourage submission of abstracts for breakout sessions related to health disparities at state and local jurisdiction levels. We encourage state and local health departments to submit ‘Works-In-Progress’ of data related health disparities efforts or challenges, with the goal of generating conversation, sharing ideas and gaining feedback from others in public health.
Other topics and ideas are welcome to be submitted, but topics should emphasize applied public health challenges and solutions. Abstracts can be up to 250 words. Presentations will be approximately 20 minutes with up to 25 minutes for discussion.
