Jonathan is a valuable team member on all projects he supports, but he is the MVP on the COVID19 Dashboard team (Connor is up there too). He has worked approximately 18 hour days for several weeks, including weekends to support and enhance various processes in order to make them efficient and robust. He has sacrificed his sleep on numerous occasions to monitor logs and ensure that issues are resolved promptly for a timely refresh of the COVID19 dashboard every day. As always, he has selflessly pleaded with me to not disturb his peers for support especially in the middle of the night, and has always volunteered to address after office hour issues by himself. He is respectful of team members, and always goes above and beyond on any task assigned to him. The work and effort that Jonathan puts in everyday has surely saved RI a bunch. He is able to produce amazing results with whatever resources you provide him.
Jonathan has earned numerous accolades from our customers especially, IU, Marion County Health Department and the Indiana State Department of Health for keeping them informed as well as for working with them to resolve issues. Jonathan is admired and respected for his work ethics by everyone who knows him. I am truly amazed on a daily basis by the quality of his work but more so by his humility. He makes everyone look good except himself. He is not only an ideal employee but is a jewel of a person.
