Clarence Brown

I am nominating Clarence Brown for the One Regenstrief award because of his passion for the Institute and his dedication to every single employee working here. Clarence works hard to make sure we are all comfortable, safe, and have everything we need to do our jobs well, but he also goes out of his way to form a connection with every person at RI. I don’t think there is anyone else in the institute who not only knows the name of every other employee, but also has a genuine connection with them. I think every person at RI thinks they are Clarence’s favorite, which says a lot about his kindness and his ability to form bonds with his coworkers. We all come to Clarence with problems that need fixing, but he never fails to greet us with a smile and a quick check-in on how we’re doing!
