Andrea Ratz

I would like to nominate Andrea Ratz for the One Regenstrief Award. In the short time Andrea has been with Regenstrief, she has brought a much–needed sense of dependability and consistency to the front desk. While Andrea never fails to acknowledge anyone coming into the building with a smile, she does so much more than greet visitors. Andrea is always willing to help out with any task and communicates effectively as she completes her assignments. When I was managing new employee orientation, Andrea was key in coordinating the arrival of new employees and other behind–the–scenes tasks to make sure I could focus on the actual onboarding. First days are always a little chaotic, but knowing I could count on her was a great help. Andrea is on-site, providing this level of teamwork to the entire Institute (there are a lot of us and only one of her!) daily, and Regenstrief is lucky to have such a reliable and professional individual in this role.
