Rate Increase

Dear Regenstrief Data Services Clients,

Starting July 1, Regenstrief Data Services (RDS) hourly rates are $150 per hour for Data Core work and $180 per hour for Technical Services work on all new quotes related to future academic and non-profit projects.

Why are we doing this?

It has been more than five years since the RDS rates changed, an eventful period of significant inflation and extraordinary demand for IT skills and experience. These changes also reflect and support our investments in data quality and security, improving our new Right the First Time (RTFT) delivery metric, our process efficiency, and enhancing the Investigator experience.

Current projects will continue as effort based until a budget is revised or until the end of the agreement. Any new proposals, such as a competitive continuation, would use the new hourly rates from the included chart.

Investigators and/or study teams should reach out to the RDS team to request a quote. The RDS team will estimate effort, generate a statement of work, and the Regenstrief Grants and Finance team will build a formal budget and assist with other proposal items.
